With its eclectic menu, sleek and sophisticated look, and spacious dining accommodations, the Sticky Elbow Bar and Grill brings to Williamsport yet another new restaurant experience.
The restaurant, which opened in late July at 631 Washington Blvd., serves both lunches and dinners, according to manager Jason Matty.
Owned by Ken Zheng, the Sticky Elbow has a lot to offer.
First, there's the food.
A customer can sit down for a steak or pasta dinner or sample one of the restaurant's sushi rolls, salads, appetizers, or sandwiches.
Also on the menu is stuffed meatloaf, turkey and waffles, risotto, and Bavarian dressed quail.

There's also a kid's menu.
"Our hamburgers are all ground in house," Matty said. "We are building a dry-aged steak room downstairs."
Patrons can enjoy a meal in the main dining area or out on the patio, which includes a fireplace and a bar.
Matty noted that the patio, which seats about 60 people, will have a retractible roof eventually to allow for outside dining year-round.
Upstairs is a banquet room and an additional area for business meetings.
Matty said business has been good in the month or so since the restaurant's been open, with dinner being the heaviest time.
"For dinner, we've been full every night," he said.
Matty acknowledged it took a lot of work to get the right look for the restaurant, the former site of the Mercaldo's Boulevard Cafe, a longtime Italian eatery.
Much of the summer was given over to completely redoing the interior and exterior of the building.
Matty said there are still bugs to work out, such as getting in place the retractable roof.
Various specials and promotions are on tap for the Sticky Elbow.
"We hope to have live acoustic performances," Matty said. "We have a big lobster and clam bake coming up."
Another special offering, he said, will be sushi classes.
Matty said his hope is that patrons who sample the Sticky Elbow will become return customers.
The restaurant is open seven days a week, noon to 1 a.m.
