Kimberly Rollness was elected by her peers as the August employee of the Month at Watsontown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 245 E. Eighth St., Watsontown. Kimberly resides in Milton, and went to Washington State University.
"Kim is a dedicated employee who cares about the residents under her care," said Ashley Stump, RN unit manager. "She regularly goes above and beyond by doing the little extras that make her residents know they are loved and cared for each and every day. Kim is always willing to help her co-workers and assist families that come to visit. Her attention to detail and her caring personality make Kim a great example of why Watsontown Nursing and Rehabilitation is well known in the community for it's commitment to quality care."
Rollness, a news release said, loves the progress at Watsontown with the exciting new private short term rehab unit in addition to the progress she sees in staff and the residents she works with. Kimberly loves working with the short term rehabilitation residents as they recover with the assistance of the specialized skilled nursing and rehabilitation team here at Watsontown. Her favorite part of her job is watching residents progress with their treatment program. It brings a smile to her face when her residents progress through their days of therapy and are able to return home and get back to their normal routines.
She is married and has five children and one grandchild.

The George T. Bisel Co. Inc. recently announced delivery of the 2013 Supplement of Workers' Rights in Pennsylvania, a guide for lawyers who represent workers' and businesses who represent them by attorney Clifford A. Rieders.
The Book is the leading publication in Pennsylvania dealing with issues pertaining to employers and employees and the complex body of law that addresses the employment relationship.
Rieders is board certified as a civil trial advocate. Rieders is a past president of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, formerly Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, he has been president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and is admitted in numerous state and federal courts. Rieders is also a life member of the American Law Institute, the premier organization in the United States writing Restatements of the Law used by most states in the nation. Rieders, an active trial lawyer, has published five text books and is a frequent author and lecturer throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Rieders is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
