United Churches Wednesday noon ecumenical lunches are held each week of the school year at Pine Street United Methodist Church, 441 Pine St. This Wednesday a new program of Habitat for Humanity, "The Brush With Kindness Program" will be highlighted. Pastor Rusty Wolfinger, the assistant pastor of Faith United Methodist Church in Montourville, will introduce Tina McDowell, the new executive director of the local Habitat affiliate. A serving of a catered $6 lunch begins at 11:45 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. Free parking is available in the lot north of the church. Although reservations are not needed, those who are not regular attendees should call United Churches at 322-1110 to help the caterer know how many to prepare for.
