School’s board of trustees approves $750 million in borrowing

STATE COLLEGE (AP) - Penn State's board of trustees approved $750 million in new borrowing for capital improvements Friday at a relatively low-key meeting that was countered by protesters who remain unhappy with the university's handling of the Jerry Sandusky child sexual abuse scandal.
