Robert K. Logue, 97, of Williamsport, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013, at The Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Born Dec. 15, 1915, in Williamsport, he was the son of the late Thomas and Jennie (Alexander) Logue.
Robert was a World War II Navy veteran. Following his time in the military he worked as a clerk for the U.S. postal service for 25 years. After his retirement he worked in the mailroom at Northern Central Bank.
He was a member of the St. Paul-Calvary United Methodist Church for over 50 years. He also was a member of the Williamsport Lions Club. Robert was an avid golfer and was a former member of the White Deer Golf Course, and played in the retirees' league. He also enjoyed playing cards and traveling across all 50 states and all over the world.
Surviving are his two daughters, Carol Ann Kindlimann, of Agoura Hills, Calif. and Sharon Kay Heiser (Robert) of South Williamsport; four grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Robert was predeceased by his wife, Beatrice L. (Morris) Logue, on Sept. 18, 2013, and would have celebrated 75 years together on Nov. 24.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport.
