Thomas B. Sheasley, 54, of Linden, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, at his home.
Born Oct. 18, 1958, in Williamsport, he was a son to the late Almon C. and Betty A. (Aurand) Sheasley.
Thomas was a graduate of Williamsport High School and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He worked at the former Springs Window Fashions for over 30 years.
Thomas was a former member and Jr. Firefighter at Woodward Township Volunteer Fire Company. He was an avid bowler and coached many sports teams in the Montoursville area for his children.
Surviving are three children, Craig W. Sheasley, of McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., Tyrine R. Sheasley, (Joe Woods) of Montoursville, and Brittney M. Sheasley, (Jeremy Ball) of Linden; four grandchildren, Craig W. Sheasley Jr., Elizabeth E. R. Sheasley, Kaleb M. Ball, and Sophia M. Ball; four siblings, Richard C. (Bonnie) Sheasley, of Linden, Dorothy S. (Rankin) Johnson, of Williamsport, Susan I. (Dan) Keefer, of Durham, N.C., and Ruth Jones Wiest, (Wayne) of Elizabethville, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7 at Church of the Savior, Lutheran, 522 Grier St., Williamsport. Visitation will be held 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Thomas's name may be made to Susquehanna Hospice or the Gatehouse at Divine Providence Hospital, both at 1100 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
