Terry Stewart Moore, 49, of Scranton, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2013, at the Regional Hospital of Scranton.
Born Nov. 15, 1963, in Williamsport, he was the son of Tenner S. and Mary Ella (Dye) Moore, of Allenwood. On May 28, 2003, he married the former Annette Dawson. Together they celebrated 10 years of marriage.
Terry was a graduate of Montgomery High School. He worked as an online salesman for 23 years.
Terry enjoyed reading and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan.
Surviving in addition to his parents and wife are two sons, Terry Stewart Moore Jr., of Muncy, and Traber Scot Moore, of Lewisburg; one daughter, Terra Jane Shoemaker, of Muncy; three sisters, Krystal Moore Rogers, of Shamokin Dam, Linda Moore Chilson, of League City, Texas, and Penny Moore Becher, of Allenwood; two aunts, Amy Moore Secules, of Allenwood, and Shirley Moore Snyder, of Montgomery; one uncle, Charles Dye, of York; three grandchildren; cousins; nieces and a nephew.
He was predeceased by one uncle, John Larry Moore.
Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, 2013 at Elimsport Valley United Methodist Church, 16145 State Rt. 44, Elimsport, where a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., with Pastor Michael Hill, officiating.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests contributions be made to Alzheimer's Association, 57 N. Franklin St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
