Tracy L. Rhian, 56, of 1645 Windy Ridge Road, Cogan Station, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at the Gatehouse in Divine Providence Hospital. He was born May 17, 1957, in Williamsport, a son of late Harry and Beatrice Howard Rhian Jr.
Tracy worked as a welder, and had also worked for Rhian's Plumbing and Heating. He was a member of the Williamsport L.O.O.M. No. 145, the Williamsport Pool League, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, the former Tracy J. Cook; his daughter and son, Hayley N. and Joshua A. Rhian, both at home; a brother, Harry "Sonny" (Betty) Rhian III, of South Williamsport; and a sister, Jeanne Smith, of New Hampshire.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 369 Broad St., Montoursville, with the Rev. David B. Letscher officiating. Friends will be received on Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
