Junior Cameron, 90, of Merritt Island, Fla., and formerly of Montgomery, died Monday Nov. 4, 2013. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 6 years Kilda.
He was born May 11, 1923, in West Virginia. He retired in 1979 from Sprout-Waldon in Muncy, and went South. He was a World War II veteran. On June 1, 2013, he had a dream come true when he flew with the Space Coast Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. to see the World War II memorial, tomb of the unknown solder, changing of the guard and Wreath Ceremony. It was a day he never forgot.
Keeping with his wishes, there will be no funeral service. The family suggest memorial contributions sent to Muncy Lodge No. 299 Scholarship Fund, George Fraley, 95 First Ave., Muncy, PA 17756-7652.
