I believe that a democratic form of government with free public elections and the guaranteed participation of its citizens in those elections protects and promotes the public good.
All citizens have the right to participate in the electoral process independent of their race, sex, age, religion, or occupation.
No employer shall attempt to discourage participation in these free elections through intimidation or threat of reprisal.
I believe that while free speech is protected by the First Amendment speech, that which defames another person publicly is not protected and should not be tolerated.
No employer shall permit, encourage, or participate in the public defamation of the character of its employee.
If it is wrong to believe in these basic tenets of our way of life that make this country the light of freedom to the world, I am guilty as charged.
