MANSFIELD - Kenneth A. Shuss, 40, of Boothwyn, was charged by state police with possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop Sept. 27 on Odell Road, Richmond Township.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, Shuss had stopped his vehicle at the intersection with Route 6 because he had "sleep apnea" and was tired. A resident called police to report the vehicle.
He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia including two glass pipes, a metal pipe, a box containing three aluminum foil strips, and a crumpled aluminum foil strip. He was issued a summons to appear at a Jan. 29 preliminary hearing.
