Philly woman accused of stealing debit card
JERSEY SHORE - Rosa Lynn Wagoner, 33, of Philadelphia, faces charges for allegedly stealing another person's debit card and withdrawing $200 from the victim's bank account, according the Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police.
Wagoner took Deidre Bubb's card from Bubb's home at 690 S. Broad St. and withdrew the money on Nov. 11, police said. Following her arraignment later that night before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley on charges of theft and access device fraud, Wagoner was jailed, but she since has been released on $15,000 bail.
Police: Woman with golf club attacks car
Julia E. Dunkleberger, 21, of 414 E. Central Ave., South Williamsport, faces a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief for allegedly damaging Brenda Zwishle's SUV with a golf club while the vehicle was parked on Moore Road in Woodward Township overnight July 2, according to state police.
Police said the vehicle sustained $1,600 of damage, but they did not explain how it was damaged. Dunkleberger is free on $5,000 bail.
Police accuse man of punching woman
Robert E. Brown, 30, of 1217 Park Ave., has been charged with simple assault and harassment for allegedly punching Sarah Braun in the left eye at his home on Oct. 26, city police said.
Braun, who was treated at Williamsport Regional Medical Center and discharged, told police she and Brown had been out together and that she took him to his home after he was thrown out of two local bars for fighting, court records state.
Following his recent arraignment before District Judge James Carn, Brown was released on $8,500 bail.
Woman accused of prostitution
Heidi Ann Hugar, 38, of 147 N. Main St., Hughesville, has been charged by state police with prostitution and attempted prostitution following an incident in the 200 block of Montgomery Pike in South Williamsport on June 27.
Following her recent arraignment before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Hugar was released on $2,500 bail.
