I think it would be nice if, during this season, each of us felt free to express our feelings of good will toward each other the way we really wanted to and each of us accepted the good will others express to us the way they really like to express it.with no pressure to do otherwise from any quarter. But that will never happen. Why? Two reasons. First, because different kinds of external pressures often require us to express our good will in a way we do not want to (boy, that really gets our blood boiling!). And, second, because we expect everyone else to express their good will to us the way we do, not the way they want to ("You got a problem with that?..ho,ho, ho").
