Ray was active in many clubs and the Lycoming County 4-H program. His love of softball started as an avid player in his younger years and ultimately led to his softball coaching at St. John Neumann Regional Academy in Williamsport. He was a strong supporter of all the sport programs at Neumann.
He enjoyed raising and showing rabbits and goats with Colleen and Mallory. They traveled all over the country showing and promoting their animals. The thing he was most proud of was his daughter.
