Now that the corporations have been pardoned from paying for the damage that their heavy vehicles did to Pennsylvania highways, how will the wealthy by compensated by the legislature and the governor? School property taxes are very unpopular with voters, so don't be surprised in this very important political year to see them eliminated by increasing the sales tax that hurts the poor and by increasing the tax on earned income that hurts workers, not the wealthy.
