On March 1, North Central Sight Services Inc. will hold its Dining in the Dark fundraiser.
The semi-formal event will be held in cooperation with the school of business and hospitality at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception with complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the Mountain Laurel Room in the Thompson Professional Development Center on the Penn College campus.
Following the reception, a gourmet dinner will be served at 7 p.m. in Le Jeune Chef Restaurant.
Participants will be blindfolded upon entering the dining room for a full sensory experience.
Diners will be served by students from the school of business and hospitality.
There is a fee for tickets and seating is limited.
Net proceeds from the event will benefit North Central Sight Services Inc.
The menu was specifically designed by the culinary experts at Le Jeune Chef.
