The Amendments to the Constitution of the United States guarantee citizens many rights. Among them are the right to vote and the right to "keep and bear arms". So, I truly hope the PA Supreme Court agrees with the ACLU that it is an undue burden to show photo ID to vote. I will immediately contact them to present the same arguments legally that it is an "undue burden" to show photo ID to purchase firearms.
Just as there is "no proof" that there is any voter fraud going on, there is "no proof" that any form of gun control reduces gun crime. Just the opposite is true; go to the cities with the most stringent gun controls and walk the streets at night.
