Man texts his daughter's babysitter during the previews at a movie theater and an argument ensues from an irate moviegoer. The man who was texting was shot and killed by the irate moviegoer, a retired cop no less. The shooter claims he was "standing his ground". Stand your ground laws are designed to let an individual protect themselves when their life is threaten or in danger. We are seeing more and more incidents where this law is not being used as intended.
