JERSEY SHORE - As Lock Haven residents Ryan Clair Lamey and Heather Jo Fiedler together drove past the Leonard Block Co. on Old Route 220 in Piatt Township on Oct. 12, Lamey said, "That would be a good place to hit," according to an affidavit.
So during the early morning hours of Oct. 14, Lamey, 27, and Fiedler, 31, along with two of their friends, Lee Daniel Stabley, 26, of Loganton, and Jade Nicko Fenstermaker, 28, also of Lock Haven, did just that, state police allege.
The foursome drove to the company about 3 a.m. and broke into an office shed, but they all quickly fled after the break-in tripped a burglar alarm, Trooper Jennifer McMunn said.
Lamey and Stabley have been arraigned on charges of burglary, felony trepassing, criminal mischief and conspiracy while the two women, who waited in the getaway car, face conspiracy charges to burglary and felony trespassing.
Lamey, already incarcerated on burglary charges in Clinton County, was arraigned before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley and committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail. Fiedler remains jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail while Stabley and Fenstermaker are free on $10,000 bail each.
