Police: 19-year-old blames crime on peer pressure

Claiming she did it because of peer pressure, a 19-year-old employee has admitted she intentionally "distracted management" while allowing "friends" to steal nearly $3,000 worth of merchandise from the Weis store at 620 W. Third St., city police said.
