Mary G. Frank, 90, of South Williamsport, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014, at ManorCare North.
Born September 22, 1923, in Hazleton, she was the daughter of Peter and Mary (Anthony) Gallagher.
Mary retired from South Williamsport Area School District and worked in the cafeteria at Little League.
Mary was a member of South Williamsport United Methodist Church where she was involved in Church Women's group. She was a former member of Women's Auxiliary 1st Ward Fire Company.
She enjoyed bingo, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Mets and Penn State University, also seek-a-word books, and watching game show network.
She is survived by her children, Kathleen (Richard) Swinehart, of South Williamsport, Linda (Robert) Pawlak, of Hughesville, James E. (Dorothy) Frank Jr., of Montgomery, Kenneth A. (Diantha) Frank, of Milton, Keith A. (Roxanne) Frank, of Montgomery, Donald W. (Tracy) Frank, of Linden, and Mary Jane Frank, of Chicago, Ill.; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law Clinton Frank, of Maryland.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by husband James E. Frank in 1992, and brothers, Pete, Joe, Manus, and Harp Gallagher.
Private memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
