Someone was kind enough to inform all of us that Sen. Rand Paul performed three eye surgeries while on a break from Congress and President Obama was out golfing. Sen. Paul did so pro bono for people in need of cataract surgery in Kentucky who are underinsure or have no insurance.
President Obama managed to get passed with no help from the party Sen. Paul belongs a bill to insure millions who had no health insurance or are underinsured so they can get medical attention and treatment including cataract surgery. There is a contrast, a large one.
Kentucky is a state which accepted the increase in Medicaid and by doing so has opened up a version of Obamacare for their citizens.
