Office building plans move forward

PENNSDALE - The Lycoming County Planning Commission approved a change from suburban estate to suburban mix in January as representatives of Ashland Manor have applied for a sub-division for an office building. Four of the manor's 33 acres will be set aside for the 12,000-square-foot structure.
