Herdic House to host evening to benefit land conservation
Local "celebrities" are digging out mixed-drink guides and practicing tray balancing talents in preparation for the annual Celebrity Waiter Night at the Peter Herdic House restaurant, 407 W. Fourth St.
During the evening of March 7, regular Herdic House staff will be replaced by local community leaders. Those community leaders donate the tips they earn to the Northcentral Pennsylvania Conservancy.
This year, Tony Nardi, of Fish Real Estate, will mix drinks at the bar. In the dining room, Brian Brooking, of Woodlands Bank; Jerry Walls, community volunteer; Mark Shuman, of Clear Channel Radio; Judge Tom Raup, former Lycoming County judge; Mark Murawski, Lycoming County Planning; Marc Annicelli, of James Wood Co.; and Barry Stiger, of Pennsylvania College of Technology; will serve guests and provide entertainment. Rick Mason, of the state Department of Transportation, will take photographs and singing upon request.
Dinner reservations can be made by calling the Herdic House at 570-322-0165.
