One important question that nobody is asking about flight 370 is if the transponders were turned off, do the cell phones still work? Most everybody who travels carries a cell phone with them.
So I am wondering if their cell phones still worked and when the passengers discovered that they were going in the wrong direction, why didn't somebody put out a distress call? And if they did, why wasn't it reported? I don't think the Malaysian government is being honest with the news media.
