Announcement was made by William Hodrick, President, Prudential Hodrick Realty, of the Williamsport office's monthly awards for March 2014. The award for the sales associate with top production in listings was presented to Tom Hartland while the top sales award went to Chris Wallace.

Residential mortgage banker hired
Susquehanna Bank announces that Sylvia Setash has joined the company as a residential mortgage banker.
She is responsible for originating construction-permanent and traditional mortgage loans, on properties in Northern Virginia.
Setash previously worked as a senior mortgage loan officer at Customers Bank and has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
A resident of Woodbridge, Va., Setash is a member of Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, NVBIA, and a former director and member of Prince William Association of Realtors.

Mike Manzitti, assistant roadway management system coordinator, has been named the state Department of Transportation district office Employee of the Month for April 2014.
Manzitti, a news release said, is a dedicated and hard-working employee who maintains a positive attitude. He always is willing to help his fellow employees.
He is part of the district's roadway management system unit, which is responsible for the data collection and upkeep of the district's RMS data including the Systematic Techniques to Analyze and Manage Pennsylvania Pavement or STAMPP program. Manzitti and his supervisor are highly regarded throughout the state for their knowledge regarding RMS and the STAMPP program. Additionally, he provides training, collects data, and completes quality assurance of the STAMPP program annually.
He was instrumental in the coordination and implementation of the geographical information system (GIS) truck snow routing application in District 3-0 for the 2013-14 winter season, the news release said.
Among his varied duties, Manzitti is one of the district's GIS operators. It's not unusual for him to be called upon to assist other units with their GIS needs on short notice to meet tight deadlines.
Manzitti, an 11-year PennDOT employee, lives in Linden with his wife Susan and their son Nicholas.
