MANSFIELD - The third annual Earth Day at Mill Cove will be held this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mill Cove Environmental Center, near here.
Organized by Mill Cove Inc. and Mansfield University Earth Day is a family event with activities and demonstrations for all ages that are fun, exciting, and educational.
The event is a community service and is free to the public.
On-site parking is available, but shuttle buses will also be transporting participants from Mansfield University's east parking lot.
Various educational demonstrations will be held.
There also will be an array of vendors that will be showcasing their knowledge and skills on all things related to the environment.

In addition to the demonstrations, numerous activities that involve hands on fun and enjoyment canoes will take place throughout the day.
Additional events may include nature hikes, a fishing derby, archery, canoeing, fly tying, game tracking, drone demonstrations, toddler fishing, bouncy house and more.
A zipline and National Guard climbing wall will be available but age and weight restrictions will apply.
Fishing rods, canoes, kayaks, archery equipment, and safety gear will be provided.
Participants should bing hiking shoes and rain gear.
