Ham and turkey dinner
BASTRESS - Immaculate Conception Church, 5973 Jacks Hollow Road, will hold a ham and turkey dinner during its spring picnic from noon-6 p.m. at the parish hall. Cost is $9 for adults, $4 for children 4-12 and free for those under 4. Takeouts available after 1 p.m.
ELIMSPORT - Elimsport United Methodist Church, 16145 Route 44, will hold an "Old Fashioned Dip Meal" from 4-6:30 p.m. featuring a choice of roast turkey or baked ham. A "dip" of meat or main dish is $2.50, along with $ .75 "dips" of your favorite hot and cold sides. Takeouts are available.
Spaghetti supper and silent auction
JERSEY SHORE - Trinity United Methodist Church, 1407 Allegheny St., will hold a silent auction from 4-6 p.m. and a spaghetti dinner from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Proceeds benefit the church mission trip to Henry Fork Service Center in Rocky Mount, Va.
Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 100 Walnut St. in Montoursville, will hold its annual May Crowning during the 10:30 a.m. Mass. Participants include this year's First Communion class and graduating high school students. Placing the crown at the shrine of the Blessed Mother will be Melanie Santo.
Outdoor Episcopal service set
An outdoor Episcopal church service will be held at 11 a.m. at Indian Park in Montoursville. The event is hosted by Trinity Episcopal, All Saints, Church of Our Savior and Church of the Good Shepherd and will be held at pavilion 5. Dress is casual. Bring your lawn chairs. A picnic will be held after the service.
Country gospel music night
TURBOTVILLE - Zion Lutheran Church, 39 Paradise St., will hold an evening of country gospel music starting at 6:30 p.m. featuring The Joe Murray Band. Prior to the show, a soup and sandwich meal will be served in the church social hall. A donation will be taken to cover the costs of the meal.
Senior citizens lunch
All Saints Episcopal Church, 1656 Scott St., will hold a senior citizens lunch at noon. Free-will offerings accepted.
Primary election supper
JERSEY SHORE - First United Methodist Church, 236 S. Main St., will hold a primary election day baked steak supper from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Takeout meals are available. Tickets will be sold at the door for adults $8, children 6-10 $3 and children 5 and under free.
TIVOLI - Dr. Charles Getchell will provide a program of making music with bells at the Christian Ladies Group meeting at 1 p.m. at Tivoli United Methodist Church, 2 miles north of Picture Rocks on Route 220.
Free fellowship meal
WATSONTOWN - A free fellowship meal will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 6590 Musser Lane, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. (or until food runs out). The menu features meatballs and pasta.
Craft day out
For those who enjoy hand crafts, such as knitting, crochet or embroidery, bring your current project or the materials for a new project and enjoy a time of fellowship and sharing Central Baptist Church, 601 Seventh Ave.. If you would like to learn a craft, come and we will show you the basics. We will work on our crafts from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Also, we have information from non-profit organizations that can use certain handcrafted items if you would like to make something to donate. A light lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m. and a movie will be shown at 1 p.m.
Women's night out

Free clothing available
Daniel's Closet, a free clothing ministry for children and adults, will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1101 Washington Blvd., from 9-11 a.m. Donations will be accepted from 5-6 p.m. May 22, please use the stairwell along Washington Boulevard.
Freedom House Worship Center, 1700 Memorial Ave., will hold its annual women's day service at 4 p.m. with the theme "encourage and strengthen" from Dueteronomy 3:28.
