Olivia J. Elliftawi and Warren C. Potts, both of Williamsport, were united in marriage at 3 p.m. April 19, 2014.
District Judge Gary A. Whiteman officiated at the ceremony held at Park Place where a reception also was held.
A rehearsal dinner was held in Williamsport.
The bride is the daughter of Stacie and Ahmed Elliftawi, of Williamsport. She graduated from high school in 2012 and received a degree as a medical assistant from Pennsylvania College of Technology this year.
Potts is the son of Darla Willits, of Kihei, Hawaii, and Warren Potts, of Williamsport. He graduated from high school in 2011 and serves in the Navy.
Matron of honor was Vannessa Elliftawi, of Williamsport, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaid was Cortney Woodley, of DuBoistown, sister of the bride.
Flower girl was Edynn June Potts, of Williamsport, daughter of the couple.
Ring bearers were Talen Potts, of Williamsport, brother of the groom and Benjamin Woodley, of DuBoistown, nephew of the bride.
Best man was Torren Potts, of Williamsport, brother of the groom.
Groomsman was Sean Andrews, of Williamsport.
A future wedding trip is being planned and the couple is residing in San Diego, California.
