WELLSBORO - Ten people were sentenced in Tioga County Court Monday.
Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:
Erich J. West, 34, of Wellsboro, 14 to 94 months, 404 days credit for time served, four years probation, and $24,797 restitution for felony and misdemeanor theft and felony criminal trespass.
Anthony S. Cary, 26, one to four years, 143 days credit for time served and $1,857 restitution for conspiracy to commit theft.
Two were sentenced to county prison. They are:
Eric Graves, 37, 10 to 23 months, 190 days credit for time served and $150 fine for fleeing or eluding police.
Curtis J. Hoover, 22, of Mansfield, two to 12 months, 83 days credit for time served and $150 fine for theft.
Sentenced to intermediate punishment was:
Diana M. Young, 50, of Williamsport, six months, 30 days electronic monitoring, probation, $750 fine and 12 months driver's license suspension for DUI.
Two were sentenced to probation. There are:
Joshua M. Dolliver, 20, 12 months and $150 fine for unsworn falsification to authorities.
Shane W. McInroy Jr., 23, of Galeton, 12 months and $100 fine for fleeing or eluding police.
Three were sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They are:
Martin F. Starkweather, 43, of Wellsboro, 12 months probation and 60 days driver's license suspension for DUI.
Phillip E. Jennings, 24, 15 months probation for theft and receiving stolen property.
Joshua E. Cool, 21, of Emporium, 12 months probation for DUI.
