On June 18, four former administrators of the Environmental Protection Agency under Republican presidents told members of the Senate Environment and Public Works Subcommittee on Clean Air and Nuclear Safety that climate change is real, is worsened by humans and requires immediate action by the EPA. They all agreed the EPA already has legislative authority and a mandate to act.
