MANSFIELD - The Mansfield University Council of Trustees held its election of officers at its regular bi-monthly meeting on July 23.
Ralph Meyer was re-elected chair, Steven Crawford was re-elected vice-chair and Dr. Robert Strohecker was re-elected secretary. Each will serve two-year terms.
Meyer is the president and CEO emeritus of Guthrie Healthcare System, having served from 1982 to 1998. He has served on the Council of Trustees since 1997.
Crawford, a 1981 Mansfield graduate, is managing vice president of S. R. Wojdak & Associates in Harrisburg. Prior to his current position, he served as then Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell's chief of staff and secretary for legislative affairs. Crawford has been a member of the Council of Trustees since 2010.
Strohecker, a 1991 MU graduate and a Trustee since 1997, is the owner of Strohecker Vision Care, a group optometric practice with locations in Mansfield and Elkland.
