Janet Coppinger Bloom, 75, of Stony Fork Road, Wellsboro, moved to Heaven on Aug. 17, 2014.
She was born Feb. 7, 1939, in Tellico Plains, Tenn., the daughter of the late Boyce and Marcellene (Pearson) Coppinger. Janet graduated from Alcoa High School, Alcoa, Tenn., in 1957. She was employed by American Airlines for 37 years, in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Calif. and Memphis, Tenn.
Surviving are her husband of 51 years, William "Bill" Bloom originally from Warrior's Mark, whom she married on June 16, 1963 and her daughter, Kelly Deady (Jim), of Santa Cruz, Calif. Janet was a member of Stony Fork Baptist Church.
Friends and family are invited to Janet's Life Celebration, 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," 139 Main St., Wellsboro. Funeral 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014, at Stony Fork Baptist Church, with Pastor Dennis Crumb officiating. Burial in West Branch Cemetery.
