If you could, would you lease your property for Marcellus Shale gas drilling?

  1. Yes, it's a rare opportunity for a financial windfall that I never thought I'd have.
  2. Yes, besides the financial gain, I also don't believe there is much environmental risk given the process and the regulatory reviews.
  3. No, the money is not worth the overhaul of the infrastructure in my area and the upset to my property.
