As an avid hunter and outdoorswoman, I say NO HUNTING ON SUNDAYS. 1) The deer population in pennsylvania is on the decline and by adding sunday to the days we can hunt it will bring the population down drastically. 2) As much as I love to hunt, I also like my Sundays off so myself and my family can enjoy the woods/wildlife without being mistaken for wildlife. Sunday is our day to do this and feel safe in the woods.
Greed and stupidity...greed and stupidity...this proposal is probably brought to you by the same clowns who show up north of I-80 for exactly 2 days of hunting and expect deer to be falling in their lap. And who is supposed to enforce the game laws with all these extra hunting days? Our game officers are already spread thin and stretched to the limit.
It is nice to have one day a week that is for non-hunting activities in the woods. Perhaps extending seasons would be a good compromise since many other states do have Sunday hunting. Looking at how those states have handled this issue would also be useful.

Sunday should be used for other activities. Living in the country, it would be nice to not have to hear shooting on this day.
