Should multiple areas of the city of Williamsport be opened up to outdoor music and other entertainment uses?

  1. No, it would infringe on the integrity of neighborhoods in most cases.
  2. Yes, we need more entertainment possibilities, especially downtown.
  3. It's an excellent idea, but only for very specific areas that are predominantly non-residential.
