Your reaction to the dismissal of Gov. Corbett's suit on behalf of Penn State University against the NCAA regarding sanctions against the school in the aftermath of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal?

  1. It's good the suit was dismissed. No matter the reasoning, the suit would have merely prolonged the hangover from the Sandusky scandal.
  2. The suit's dismissal is regrettable. The penalties imposed by the NCAA on Penn State were outrageous and need to be challenged.

There's no excuse for what the NCAA chose to do. They took their 'anger' out on people who were not at fault. They chose to make an unjust exmaple of PSU and it needs to be overturned. If it is not, then it will set the stage for more incidents like this in the future. That's a box Pandora is telling you very clearly not to open.
