Well this area is not Pennsyl-tucky! Its absurd that people are soo racist.... On any side, we don't know what race these people are voting for, & if they are too wussy to say then maybe this poll should be taken down & redone without race or gender as an issue....

Former: The economy is not merely a CURRENT or short-term issue. Just because you don't care about it doesn't mean others don't, as is evident by this poll

However, the "candidate's race" option netting eight percent of the vote just disgusts me and shows the bigotry of this area. And my girlfriend tries to say this area isn't Pensyl-tucky. Hah!

It's beyond disturbing to me that candidate's race and gender are decisive factors for anyone. What about issues like Health Care Reform, or Education, or heaven forbid - the Environment or energy security.

The mess created by Bush&Co will take years to fix. Economy meltdown is a result of the lack of regulation on the Banks that started the sub prime fiasco and the corporations that moved our high paying jobs abroad. The bribery to the president's men and the congress helped to mask all the crimes committed against our country.

How about Party Affiliation - I for one will NEVER vote for a democrat for any office ever.

The economy is the most immediately pressing issue for many millions of Americans. I chose the Iraq War as the decisive factor, because if we move to end the war ASAP, it's a Win-Win-Win-Win. The first Win is that our heroic troops get to come HOME! As a result of that, Win 2 is that the Iraqi's can take charge of their own destiny with the enormous training and economic help we've given them, plus their own EXTENSIVE oil revenues, and Win 3 is that the $12 BILLION PER MONTH we're shipping to them can be re-addressed to stop the hemorrhaging American economy. Do you realize that $12 Billion per month would be enough to help ONE MILLION Americans who are in danger of losing their homes by LOANING each of them $12,000 toward their mortgages????? So we could help one million Americans PER MONTH avoid foreclosure! Win 4 will be that we can finally begin the healing process that's needed to restore faith and confidence in America as a true leader for World Peace, freedom and democracy!
