Outlaws lose at Danbury

The Williamsport Outlaws held a 1-0 lead after the first period on Friday night, but were buried when Danbury posted three goals in the second to claim a, 3-2, win over Williamsport.

Martin Moucha opened the scoring for the Outlaws as his goal in the first period gave Williamspot its only lead of the game.

Kamil Vavra opened a three-goal second period for Danbury as Tyler Noseworthy and Richard Vanderhoek also tallied in the decisive period. Matthew Puntureri scored for the Outlaws, who were blanked in the third period despite 11 shots on goal.

Chris Whitley saw his second night of action with Williamsport after returning from an injury and stopped 44 shots.
