Golf tip of the week: Shape of hand is as unique as fingerprint

I have written thousands of golf tips, but the information in this tip is as golden as a nugget. There are very few tips that apply to one-hundred percent of the readers; this tip does just that.

If you follow the instructions below your swing will improve immediately.

• Stand erect and relaxed allowing your hands to hang from the shoulders.

• Notice how the hands have a natural form and hang a certain way. This is unique to each person.

• If you place the hands on the club without changing that shape and palm position of each hand, you will have a grip designed for you.

• Once you place the right hand on the club, (left hand for the left-hand golfer), do not adjust it whatsoever. The hands and arms must maintain the same shape as they were at the address and remain tension free.

If the hands remain the same shape formed at setup other than the cocking of the wrists, the club will return to the ball in the exact position it was at the address position.

Don’t forget to enjoy this great game called golf.
