South grad Bragalone named PL Offensive POY

A stellar junior season earned South Williamsport grad Dominic Bragalone Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year honors at Lehigh.

The Lehigh junior running back earned the award after leading the NCAA Division I Football Championship Series in scoring (11.5 points per game), total touchdowns (21) and rushing touchdowns (18), while helping the Mountain Hawks earn their second-straight berth in the FCS Playoffs.

Bragalone rushed for a Patriot League-high 1,313 rushing yards. He is also a candidate for the STATS FCS Walter Payton Award, which is given each year to the nation’s best offensive player.

Bragalone also earned first-team All-Patriot League honors at running back.
