Lycoming women’s basketball coach Christen Ditz­ler won her 300th ca­reer game Monday night at Lamade Gym, 62-55 over King’s in its non-conference finale.

The Warriors (11-3) shot 67 percent in the fourth quarter, but just 19 percent on 3-pointers the entire game. The Warriors, playing without usual starters in sophomore Hailey Day­ton and senior Haley Sipple due to illness, had two players finish in double figures led by senior Shelby Mueller with 18 points, seven rebounds and three blocks, as she tied the school record for free throws made in a career with 278. The mark was set by Annette Weller from 1991-96.

Sophomore Akilah Mc­Fadden added 16 points, six rebounds and four as­sists. Sophomore Morgan Mader added eight points and a career-high five assists and freshman Erica Lutz posted six points to go with career-highs of 13 rebounds and five blocks. Freshman Tori Talanc also added eight points and two rebounds.

The Lycoming defense blocked 11 of King’s 72 shots and held it to 29 percent shooting.
