• In men’s soccer, Lock Haven looked poised to break through on the scoresheet late in the second half, but the Bald Eagles couldn’t find the back of the net, and LHU and West Virginia Wesleyan battled to a 0-0 double-overtime draw.

Lock Haven goalkeeper Camden Cook finished with six saves.

Bucknell suffered its first defeat of the 2018 season, falling 2-0 to Saint Francis (Pa.). Powered by two goals in the final 10 minutes of the first half, the Red Flash improved to 2-1 on the campaign, while the Bison fell to 1-1.

• The Bucknell women’s soccer team has been outstanding defensively throughout the first three weeks of the 2018 season, and that trend continued on Sunday with a 0-0 draw at Saint Francis (Pa.). Combined with a 1-0 win over Towson on Friday night, the Bison went 200 minutes without conceding on the weekend, and the four goals allowed through six games are tied for the second-fewest at the start of a season in team history.
