Muncy Public Library to celebrate 80 years with “Authors in Our Backyard”

MUNCY — The Muncy Public Library, 108 S. Main St., will celebrate its 80th anniversary with “Authors in Our Backyard” from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28. Fifteen authors form in and around Lycoming County will be on hand to discuss and sign their books.

Meet authors Carrie Anne Noble, Chantal Gadoury, Marjorie Maddox, Jade Heasley, Nancy Magargle, Lora Powell, Michael Cillo, Tara Holdren, Larry Stout, Dara Oden, Shirley Leonard, Christine Beishline, Antonia Watts, Carol Strayer and Kevin Coolridge at this free event. There will be titles for children, young adults and both adult fiction and non-fiction readers. Books will be available for sale by individual authors. Enter to win books from your favorite author and enjoy light refreshments.
