Muncy artist displays art in library

LEWISBURG – Nella Storm’s paintings of impressionist and expressionist style, as well as tile and mosaic pieces, will be on display in Gallery 255 at the Public Library for Union County throughout the month of December.

An opening reception for is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 3. The reception is free and open to the public.

“The beauty of our local forest, fields, mountains and hills are amazingly inspiring,” Storm said. “Painting at different times of day one may see the mountains pink, magenta or orange rather than the typical blue, purple or green.”

Artists and organizations are encouraged to apply to exhibit items of artistic, cultural and intellectual interest in the library’s gallery and/or display cases.
