Week beginning Jan. 16

Wednesday — Beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, broccoli and carrots, gelatin with peaches.

Thursday — Memphis pork steak, brown rice pilaf, zucchini and tomatoes, fruit cocktail, bread.

Friday — Three cheese and meat lasagna casserole, penny carrots, peas, oatmeal cookie.

Week beginning Jan. 23

Monday — Chicken Divan casserole, broccoli, noodles, banana.

Tuesday — Cubed steak, tomatoes, onions, peas with mushrooms, cabbage noodles, pineapple.

Wednesday — Chicken breast with Italian herbs and rigatoni noodles, tomato sauce, winter blend, apple.

Thursday — Pork roast, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, oatmeal apple sauce cake.

Friday — Open faced meatloaf sandwich, mashed potatoes, garlic spinach, chocolate pudding, bread.

Week beginning Jan. 30

Monday — Spanish rice casserole with ground meat, brown rice, tomato sauce, waxed beans, broccoli, coconut pudding.

Tuesday — Chicken stir fry, Asian vegetable blend, brown rice, romaine, Mandarin oranges, sesame ginger dressing.

Wednesday — Baked hamloaf, Hawaiian pineapple sauce, green beans, sweet potatoes, oatmeal cookie.

Thursday — Italian style meatballs, tomato sauce, polenta, cauliflower, carrot and raisin salad, dinner roll.

Friday — Roasted chicken and gravy, biscuit, mixed vegetables, Mandarin oranges.

Week beginning Feb. 6

Monday — Boneless pork loin with apple fennel glaze, molasses baked beans, cheesy cauliflower, oatmeal cookie or roasted chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich, sandwich roll, five bean medley, orange.

Tuesday — Chicken breast with marsala sauce, green bean casserole, white rice, orange or ham spread with whole grain bread, romaine salad with Italian dressing, pickled beet salad, chocolate pudding.

Wednesday — Roast beef with gravy, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, pumpkin custard, dinner roll or chicken caesar salad with romaine and croutons, pasta salad, tropical fruit.

Thursday — Swiss steak with herbed mushroom gravy, buttered noodles, peas with pearl onions, Mandarin oranges, chicken corn soup or spinach with roasted chicken and bacon dressing, macaroni salad, Mandarin oranges.

Friday — Pulled chicken barbecue, hamburger roll, red cabbage and apples, yellow waxed beans, cole slaw or chicken craisin salad, romaine lettuce with sweet dressing, Caesar bow tie salad, banana.

Wednesday — Pepper steak with pepper gravy, cabbage noodles, spiced peaches, pepper slaw, whole grain bread or ham spread with whole grain bread, romaine salad with Italian dressing, pickled beet salad, chocolate pudding.

Thursday — Sliced turkey thigh with dressing and gravy, cauliflower, butternut squash, sliced apples, gelatin with oranges or chicken Caesar salad with romaine and croutons, pasta salad, tropical fruit.

Friday — Slow roasted pulled pork barbecue, hamburger bun, German style red cabbage, green beans, oatmeal cookie or spinach with roasted chicken and bacon dressing, macaroni salad, Mandarin oranges.
