Week beginning March 13

Wednesday — Chicken parmesan, baked ziti with penne, tomato sauce, ratatouille, carrot and raisin salad.

Thursday — Hamburger barbecue, hamburger bun, garlic spinach, white beans, zucchini, gelatin with oranges.

Friday — Corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes, apple, bread.

Week beginning March 20

Monday –Roasted pork and gravy, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, egg custard.

Tuesday — Barbecue chicken thigh, Au Gratin potatoes, California vegetable medley, chocolate cake with pudding, bread.

Wednesday — Turkey stew, mixed vegetables, biscuit, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday — Italian meatsauce, rotini, tomato sauce, hot spiced sliced apples, salad, ranch dressing.

Friday — Lemon pepper fish, whole grain penne, alfredo sauce, stewed tomatoes, apple.

Week beginning March 27

Monday — Alpine hamburger, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, molasses baked beans, cauliflower, hamburger roll, pepper slaw.

Tuesday — Simon and Garfunkel chicken thigh, rainbow rotini, mixed vegetables, orange.

Wednesday — Beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, broccoli and carrots, gelatin with peaches.

Thursday — Memphis pork steak, brown rice pilaf, stewed zucchini and tomatoes, fruit cocktail.

Friday — Three cheese and meat lasagna casserole, glazed penny carrots, peas, oatmeal cookie.

Week beginning April 3

Monday — Open faced meatloaf sandwich, mashed potatoes, garlic spinach, chocolate pudding, bread.

Tuesday — Pork roast with sauer kraut, mashed potatoes, oatmeal apple sauce cake.

Wednesday — Chicken breast with Italian herbs and rigatoni noodles with tomato sauce, winter blend, banana.

Thursday — Cubed steak with tomatoes and onions, peas with mushrooms, sauteed cabbage, macaroni salad.

Friday — Tuna noodle casserole with broccoli and carrots, apple.

Week beginning April 10

Monday — Stuffed pepper casserole including ground meat, brown rice and tomato sauce, yellow wax beans, broccoli, coconut pudding.

Tuesday — Roasted turkey and gravy with dropped biscuit, mixed vegetables, orange.

Wednesday — Baked hamloaf with Hawaiian pineapple sauce, green beans, candied sweet potatoes, oatmeal cookie.

Thursday — Italian style meatballs with tomato sauce, cheesy creamy polenta, cauliflower, carrot and raisin salad, roll.

Friday — Good Friday.

Monday — Swiss steak with herbed mushroom gravy, buttered noodles, peas with pearl onions, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday — Sliced turkey thigh with dressing and gravy, cauliflower, butternut squash with sliced apples, gelatin with oranges.

Friday — Hot dog with Texas meatsauce and hot dog roll, molasses baked beans, peas and carrots, vanilla pudding with apples.
