The Genetti Hotel & Suites to feature artist David Becker
David Becker is the Bald Eagle Art League (BEAL) artist exhibiting for the month of November at the Genetti 4th Street Grille Gallery located in the Genetti Hotel and Suites. The exhibit of his work opens with a reception from 5-8 p.m. on First Friday, Nov. 4. The exhibit is open to the public during regular 4th Street Grille hours through Nov. 29. The Gallery is located in the back room of the 4th Street Grille in the Genetti Hotel and Suites, 200 W. Fourth St.
Becker has been a professional photographer for over 35 years. He and his wife Lynne operate Becker’s Photography studio which opened in Newberry. Four years ago they moved their studio to the Pajama Factory and have been inspired in the presence of other artists there, to explore other media as well as continuing to expand their art in photography. Becker is “back to his childhood” with his graphite work and has also began dabbling in acrylic painting and working in the clay studio. He has participated in two Group Graphite shows at the Pajama Factory and has won various awards for hisphotography and graphite works in both the Bald Eagle Art League and the Clinton County Arts Council juried shows.
