Eighteen people recently sentenced in Lycoming County courts

Eighteen people were recently sentenced in Lycoming County Court.

One was sentenced to state prison. He is: • Robert Pfoertner, 34, of Lycoming County Prison, 18 to 42 months for possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

Three were sentenced to county prison. They are: • Daniel Justin Miller, 46, of Williamsport, three to seven days for public drunkenness. • Shelby L. Leberfinger-Kinley, of Middleburg, two to four days and $100 fine for conspiracy theft. • Jamari R. Brunson, 40, of Danville, nine to 18 months for false imprisonment.

Eight were sentenced to probation. They are: • Jason Helminiak, 49, of Williamsport, two years, 50 hours community service, and drug and alcohol assessment, for possession of an instrument crime.

• Dennis F. Weaver II, 38, of Corning, New York, 24 months for delivery of percocet. • Amy M. Young, 24, of Williamsport, six months and 25 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance. •Clayton Policastro, 35, of Renovo, 12 months and 50 hours community service for retail theft. • David M. Bacon, 59, of Blossburg, one to three days and 25 hours community service for simple assault. • Nathan J. Davenport, 31, of Williamsport, one year for simple assault. • Betty Jo Rinker, 44, of Jersey Shore, six months, 25 hours community service and mental health assessment for receiving stolen property. • Lester James, 20, of Williamsport, six months for false identity.

Six were fined. They are: • Kyle L. Barnett, 35, of Cogan Station, $200 for possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. • Jeremy D. Boecker, 40, of Forksville, $1,500 for driving under the suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia. • Kariem Mathis, 36, of Middleton, $350 for disorderly conduct. • Fred Lee Rickabaugh, 45, of Muncy, $300 and 25 hour community service for harassment and defiant trespass. • Keith Dempsey Getz, 33, of Williamsport, $300 for possession of drug paraphernalia. • Shelly E. Phillips, 29, of Williamsport, $500 for disorderly conduct.
