Lycoming County Court recently sentenced 12 people
Two people were sentenced to state prison:
Anthony Agnone, 64, of Williamsport, 5-10 years and three years of probation for criminal solicitation of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a child younger than 13 years.
Taurance Johnson, 40, of Williamsport, one month to one year, $1,500 fine for DUI, solicitation and driving under suspension.
Three people were sentenced to county prison:
Koryna J. Costello, 21, of Redline, Pennsylvania, four days to six months for attempted escape
Rashay Morton, 40, of Williamsport, 32-72 months for aggravated assault and aggravated harassment by a prisoner
Jerry Wilcox, 36, of Williamsport, 200-401 days for failing to verify address and be photographed.
One person received intermediate punishment:
Vanessa Reeves, 45, of Williamsport, 60 days and $2,500 fine for DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and accidents
Five people received probation:
Kasaan McKay, 27, of Brooklyn, New York, 18 months for possession of controlled substance: crack cocaine
William Musselman, 62, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, six months and $300 fine for DUI
John Ray Barto, 57, of Montgomery, two years for recklessly endangering another person
Jaime Kennedy, 26, of Williamsport, three years for aggravated assault, resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of another person
Tyler Moore, 31, of Jersey Shore, one year, $400 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, public drunkenness
One person was fined:
Jamie Reynolds, 31, of Sayre, Pennsylvania, $500 for possession of a controlled substance, driving under suspension
